Jack Cianfrani

Founder & President

Jack has been helping businesses meet their goals and increase profitability for over 27 years.  He places emphasis on developing customized architectures that integrate human and technology based processes into seamless, efficient, non-redundant flows of information.  Over his many years of extensive project work, he has gained the adaptability to act as a lead architect and a manager. He is adept at partnering with C-level executives in creating & implementing strategic and tactical plans.  Jack believes in the importance of understanding client industry trends, next-generation technologies, and keeping a competitive edge for his clients. He prefers a principled approach toward developing architectural solutions for clients, by first understanding their business goals, competitive environment, and assessing their current situation.  From there, he quickly develops a future state  strategies and solution deliverables.  Jack has extensive expertise in Business Proces & Data Architectures, Project Management, Organizational Management, Data Governance, Privacy Best Practices, Privacy Laws & Regulation, Legal Operations and Intellectual Property auditing & monetization.

In recent years, Jack has focused on creating architectures that streamline Brand development, multi-channel digital marketing campaign creation, and execution.  Concentrating on specialized process and data designs that enhance the use of campaign analytics, he has assisted clients in making adjustments that positively effect marketing campaign results.  Developing processes that interweave digital analytics thereby creating immediate feedback metrics, he helped clients make real-time campaign adjustments positively affecting client revenue.  To ensure that client generation & use of sales analytics and metrics is compliant with complex laws and regulatory requirements, he has developed standards and methods for clients to implement privacy by design principles into the data storage and digital mareting processes.

Jack holds a BS Degree in both mathematics and physics from Drexel University, an MBA in Operations Research (Analytics) from Drexel University, and a JD from Rutgers School of Law.  He holds certificates as a PMP, CIPP and CIPT.
